The theft of money by Austral Fisheries Pty. Ltd. from the crew members' payments on the Southern Deep Sea Fishing boat "Atlas Cove" hasn't been solved yet.
Me, as an aggrieved party of this robbery, working as Chief engineer on the boat, and being a partnership member in the expenses and benefits, not a crew member with fixed salary and not agreeing with the final payment in December 2022, and having some concerns about previous years payments, demanded Austral Fisheries Pty. Ltd. the information about how much money was made selling the fish, toothfish Glacier 51, how much money were the expenses of the ship and how much money was left to share with the crew members, according to each one percentage, of the last 3 years fishing seasons, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Austral Fisheries Pty. Ltd. first reply was that the information was "commercial in confidence" and couldn't be shared... you can be robbed by Austral Fisheries Pty. Ltd. but you can do nothing.
Second brilliant reply of Austral Fisheries Pty. Ltd. was, agree to share the "commercial in confidence" information with the Captain of the ship, and not myself as aggrieved party, thinking that the Captain was the best person to look after my interests and not myself. ERROR.
Why, Austral Fisheries Pty. Ltd. doesn't want to share this mandatory information with myself, IN CONFIDENCE", to know if the money, really ended in my pocket or someone elses pockets?
Because, Austral Fisheries Pty. Ltd. is hidding the truth of payments, Austral Fisheries Pty. Ltd. has no clear the accounts with the crew, Austral Fisheries Pty. Ltd. is stealing money from yhe crew payments?
